Job Description:
The Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company (SAFCO) is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This position will be remote work, based in Riyadh, SA and will be at the Associate level with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer accounts and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training on company products and services. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer engagement and upselling. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 7. Provide support for customer inquiries and technical issues, escalating when necessary. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers. 9. Assist in creating customer success documentation and resources for internal and external use.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and resilient personality traits with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing circumstances. 2. Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs. 3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence customer behavior. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
