Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job description:

The Saudi Arabian Mining Company is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team remotely. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for someone who is independent, resourceful, persuasive, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution, escalating issues as needed. 4. Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer success strategies and processes. 5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 6. Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for customers. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 4. Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
