Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote work, allowing you the flexibility to work from your preferred location. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue

Requirements: - Resourceful and dedicated individual with a strong customer service mindset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Prior experience in customer success or a related field - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - Cooperation and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams - Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
