Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Mecca, SA at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Understand customer needs and objectives, and work with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for achieving them - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize customer value and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth


Requirements: - Hardworking and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving business growth - Knowledge of CRM software and customer success best practices
