Job Description:
Saudi Ceramics is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction and success with our products and services. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with our products - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and upsell opportunities - Create and maintain customer success metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and project management skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals - Experience with CRM software and customer success tools
