Job Description:
SABIC is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, with the flexibility to work remotely. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, working to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction with our products and services - Proactively monitor customer accounts, anticipate issues, and address them before they escalate - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions that drive value - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure their success - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing them with insights and guidance on how to best utilize our products and services - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving customer success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and resilient attitude with a focus on problem-solving - Strong teamwork and innovation skills
