Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Success Manager to join our team at Al-Yamama. This is a remote work position based in Mecca, SA, and is a part-time role at the Associate level. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions to customers - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer satisfaction and revenue - Analyze customer data and feedback to continuously improve our products and services - Lead customer training sessions and workshops to maximize product adoption and usage - Develop and implement customer success strategies and best practices - Monitor customer health metrics to proactively address any potential issues
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in a customer success or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and project management abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools - Motivated to exceed customer expectations and drive results
