Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team at Zain Saudi Arabia. This is a remote work position based in Mecca, SA, offering part-time hours with the opportunity for growth within the company. As an Associate Level Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
