Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

As a Customer Support Manager at Herfy Food Services Co, you will be responsible for managing a remote team of customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Your main duties will include:


- Managing and leading a team of remote customer support representatives, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and providing excellent service to customers - Developing and implementing processes and procedures to streamline customer support operations - Monitoring and analyzing customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions - Handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing ongoing training and coaching to team members to develop their skills and capabilities - Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer support


To be successful in this role, you must have at least 6 years of experience in customer support management, with a track record of leading high-performing teams. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and resourcefully. Additionally, you should have strong people management and time management skills.
