United Electronics Company is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and lead a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure the team meets or exceeds customer expectations - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer support issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer support team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Excellent presentation and people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working remotely or managing a remote team is a plus
