Job Description:
Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our customer support operations and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service at all times.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and a positive outcome. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Develop and maintain training programs for new and existing customer support team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our processes. 8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer support performance and key metrics.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 2. Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resourceful and confident in handling challenging customer situations. 5. Strong planning and strategic planning skills. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely while still being a team player. 7. Proficiency with customer support tools and software.
