Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote work basis. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. 3. Analyze customer support metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 5. Develop and implement training programs for customer support representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements. 7. Implement best practices and technologies to streamline customer support processes and improve efficiency.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 3. Strong analytical and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 6. Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
