Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our remote team at Savola Group. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our clients. This position is part-time with a seniority level of mid-to-senior.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives, providing ongoing training and support - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement KPIs to measure the performance of the customer support team


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure - Independent and able to work effectively in a remote environment - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when resolving customer issues
