Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. This part-time position is ideal for an entry-level candidate with no prior experience, who is resourceful and confident in their abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in Mecca, SA.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and assistance with placing orders - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation - Assist with project management tasks as needed

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Basic understanding of project management principles - Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection
