Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement. 6. Escalate complex issues to management for resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Ability to work remotely and flexible hours as needed.
