Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work


Job Description:


Panda Retail Company is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for remote work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution. 3. Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. 4. Demonstrate leadership skills in managing customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs effectively. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Driven to succeed and exceed customer expectations. 3. Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers. 4. Leadership skills to manage customer interactions and resolve issues effectively. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
