Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Saudi Ceramics is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a remote part-time position based in Medina, SA, ideal for individuals who are looking to start their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and services 6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management


Requirements: 1. Strong passion for customer service and helping others 2. Hardworking and dedicated to delivering top-notch support 3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment 5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications 7. High school diploma or equivalent 8. No prior experience required, training will be provided
