Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Al-Yamama is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing top-notch support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures. 8. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent attention to detail. 4. Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. 5. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 6. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. 7. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
