Job Description:

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team in Mecca, SA. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and concerns.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Resourceful and motivated individual with strong analytical and research skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
