Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Zamil Industrial Investment Company is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone. 2. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Documenting all customer interactions and feedback for analysis. 5. Suggesting improvements to customer service processes based on customer feedback. 6. Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent cooperation and negotiation skills. 4. High school diploma or equivalent required. 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 6. Must be hardworking, passionate, and eager to learn.
