Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer support processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and confident under pressure - Leadership and project management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
