Our team is over 50 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA, and support staff. Currently, we are searching for Senior PHP Developer to join the big team of professionals. We are looking for an active, responsive, and devoted person

Project - application for booking places for trailers in Europe. There are mobile and web versions of the product. Now the development phase is active.
Full technology stack on the project - Laravel, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS, WebSocket, Nginx, Docker.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering high-quality services.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • ITIL certification is a must.

Your Mission:

  • Lead a team of IT service professionals, including service desk agents, support specialists, and analysts.
  • Develop and implement IT service management strategies and processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Define service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics to measure and monitor service performance.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their IT service needs and requirements, and ensure that services are aligned with their business objectives.
  • Manage escalations and resolve complex service issues in a timely manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of IT services with business processes and systems.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT service management.
