Job Description:
Bawan Company is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our remote team in Medina, SA. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through our live chat platform, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams. 4. Provide product recommendations and assist with sales inquiries. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and streamline processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately. 3. Hardworking and reliable with a customer-focused mindset. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and make quick decisions. 5. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). 6. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with live chat software. 7. Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is a plus.
