Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a talented and motivated Live Chat Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to accurately assist customers

Requirements: - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong project management and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
