Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Al Hokair Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Medina, SA. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance with their inquiries and concerns. 2. Use active listening skills and emotional intelligence to understand customer needs and provide solutions effectively. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback for further analysis and improvement. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. 2. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Strong emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers. 6. Reliable internet connection and computer equipment for remote work. 7. Proficiency in using live chat software and other digital communication tools.
