Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Live Chat Manager at Saudi Telecom Company, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the live chat function within our organization. This is a remote position, based in Jeddah, SA, and is part-time with a seniority level of mid-to-senior. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Lead a team of live chat agents to provide exceptional customer service and support - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat function - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company policies - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and onboard new chat agents as needed - Manage escalations and complex customer inquiries - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management


Requirements: - Confident and motivated with excellent communication skills - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - 6+ years of experience in a live chat management role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
