Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Officer to join our team at Al Hokair Group. This is a remote part-time position based in Riyadh, SA, at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling live chat inquiries from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and improve processes - Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer service and data security

Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong written communication skills with a focus on customer service - Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing situations - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills - Proficiency with live chat software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
