Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Live Chat Representative to join our team at Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company. This is a remote part-time position based in Mecca, SA, at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via live chat to provide assistance and address their inquiries and concerns - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Use innovation to develop strategies for improving the customer experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
