Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our team at Al Tazaj. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Assist customers with product information, order processing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Excellent written communication skills - Leadership qualities and ability to work independently - Passion for providing exceptional customer service
