Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Representative at Herfy Food Services Co, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online live chat communication. This position is a remote work opportunity based in Jeddah, SA, with part-time hours and requires an associate level of seniority. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through live chat communication - Assist customers with placing orders, product information, and resolving any issues or concerns - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and escalate when necessary - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and any changes to company policies or procedures

Requirements: - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - 3 years of experience in customer service roles - Ability to work remotely and independently - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in using live chat software and online communication tools
