Remote Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is seeking a Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support for clients remotely - Assist with managing client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided - Conduct research and analysis to support client needs - Assist in the planning and execution of account strategies - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Ability to work remotely and adapt to changing work environments - Resourceful problem-solving skills - Strong research skills - Effective planning abilities - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of account management principles
