Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a passionate and dedicated Account Support Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to the account management team in servicing existing clients and acquiring new customers. 2. Assist in preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation. 3. Communicate effectively with clients to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Assist in generating reports and analysis to support account management strategies and decision-making. 7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company products, services, and processes.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
