Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Savola Group is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to work remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team in various administrative tasks - Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining regular communication with clients - Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction - Assist in resolving any account-related issues or concerns in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
