As an Account Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our account management team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers with client communication and follow-up - Maintain and update customer records and data in CRM systems - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and organizing files - Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
