Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

SABIC, a global leader in diversified chemicals, is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or account management.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels - Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction - Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work independently to prioritize and manage workload effectively - Contribute to the overall success of the team and organization

Requirements: - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Strong decision-making skills and ability to think creatively to solve problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Data entry and administrative experience preferred
