Account Support Associate

Job Description: As an Account Support Associate at Panda Retail Company, you will be responsible for providing support to the accounts team in various administrative tasks. Your main goal will be to assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly. This part-time position will require you to work closely with the accounts team and other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining financial records and processing transactions - Prepare invoices and billings for clients - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis - Provide support in budgeting and forecasting - Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation - Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information - Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
