Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Account Support Associate to join our team at Saudi Post in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong teamwork and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key accounts in managing their shipments and deliveries - Maintain relationships with clients and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services - Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to track account performance - Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
