Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic and resourceful, with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide account support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive business growth. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or account support. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
