Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Account Support Associate to join our team at Saudi Airlines. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of remote work from home. As an Entry Level Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for customer requests - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the team - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer retention - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to better assist customers

Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations - Hardworking with a strong work ethic and dedication to achieving results - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Strong people management skills to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
