Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home. As an Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting our account managers in maintaining and growing relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in managing client accounts, including processing orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of products - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM software - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to provide valuable insights to clients - Provide support to the sales team in generating new business leads

Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Adaptability and reliability are key personality traits - Presentation and innovation skills are crucial soft skills - Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
