Account Support Manager

Job Description:

As an Account Support Manager at Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd in Jeddah, SA, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting key client accounts. This position requires a high level of dedication and reliability, as you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Provide support and guidance to clients as needed - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth - Manage projects related to client accounts, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions - Handle any client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or related field - Strong project management skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
