Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in account management and support roles.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing all aspects of client communications and relationships - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Analyze data and provide insights to drive business growth and achieve sales targets - Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services - Monitor account activity and performance to identify areas for improvement and address any issues that may arise - Lead account review meetings and prepare reports on account status and performance


Requirements: - Proven experience in account management and support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
