Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Account Support Manager to join our team at Jarir Marketing Company in Riyadh, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients on progress - Create and present reports on account activities, sales, and customer feedback - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner - Attend client meetings and industry events as needed - Assist in the development of account management strategies and goals


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Confident and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Creative problem-solving skills and a team player mentality - Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and exceeding goals - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to travel as needed
