Job Description:
Saudi Aramco is looking for a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As the Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of key client accounts. This role requires a high level of energy, confidence, attention to detail, and strong research skills to ensure the smooth running of client accounts and relationships.
Responsibilities: - Manage and support a portfolio of key client accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Understand client needs and provide effective solutions - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management - Identify opportunities for growth within client accounts - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market changes - Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or a related field - Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving growth - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and confident personality - Attention to detail and strong research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
