Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Savola Group is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in account management and a strong understanding of the FMCG industry. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to our key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to promote product sales and increase market share - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and assist in the development of new business proposals


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5+ years of experience in account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and motivated team player - Proven track record of innovation and cooperation - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
