Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking a highly motivated Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing excellent customer service and support. 2. Develop relationships with key stakeholders within each account to understand their needs and provide solutions. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for account growth and retention. 4. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management on key metrics. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing accounts. 6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of new accounts and projects. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. 2. Proven track record of success in account management or sales. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. 6. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 7. Innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement and growth. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
