Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Riyadh, SA, with a mid-to-senior level seniority requirement and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services - Provide support to clients in navigating our products and services, offering guidance and assistance as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement or growth - Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and performance to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer service or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Innovative thinking and the ability to persuade others effectively
