Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Savola Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Support Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. The Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to the account management team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist account managers in managing client accounts and building strong relationships. 2. Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery. 3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed. 4. Prepare reports on account activities and sales data. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and resolve any issues. 6. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong organizational and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Motivated and resilient attitude. 6. Strong strategic planning and persuasion skills.
