Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. This is a part-time, entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and hardworking, with excellent project management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to account managers and clients - Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in developing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
