Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description: Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our account management team, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts remotely, including responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. 2. Conduct research on client accounts to identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement. 3. Collaborate with the account management team to develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction. 4. Monitor client accounts for any irregularities or discrepancies and take appropriate action to address them. 5. Provide comprehensive support to the account management team, including data entry, generating reports, and other administrative tasks. 6. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote setting. 2. Independent and confident personality traits. 3. Strong research and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
